The Cadre story
Cadre Health Solutions is a boutique nursing agency specialising in anaesthetics and recovery solutions for healthcare practices in Australia.
Cadre was founded in Melbourne by Director Tim Scrivenor in 2019, driven by a passion for improving client satisfaction and industry standards in mobile anaesthesia care. The boutique agency is run by nurses for nurses, drawing on Tim’s experience in perioperative nursing, education and capital sales and equipment.
About the team
The Cadre team is made up of highly experienced nurses and healthcare professionals who partner with registered mobile anaesthetics groups, dentists, radiologists and other healthcare practices.
Tim Scrivenor, Director
Tim Scrivenor has been a Registered Nurse since 2007 and has worked in operating theatres throughout his varied career.
After undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma of Perioperative Nursing at Deakin University in 2009, he completed rotations in scrub/scout and anaesthetics/recovery nursing at Monash Medical Centre.
Focusing on anaesthetics and recovery, Tim filled a variety of roles from Floor Coordinator, Associate Nurse Unit Manager to Nursing Unit Manager while developing clinical and leadership skills along the way.
A position with a global medical device company for several years also strengthened Tim’s technical knowledge and expertise as he delivered education and training to both nurses and anaesthetists.
Forming Cadre Health Solutions in 2019, Tim now leads an expert team of anaesthetics/recovery nurses and provides a turn-key service for facilities providing general anaesthesia in non-hospital environments. His team love what they do and look forward to helping you.
